Not able to update transactions since December, Schwab and Discover hangs up and drops

    Hello @Clemantine,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. When in December did this issue start? Which version of Quicken were you using when it started? Are you getting any error codes or messages when trying to update? Could you clarify what you mean by "hangs up and drops"? Is the program freezing when you try to update those accounts? If so, does it eventually finish, or are you forced to use Task Manager to close the program and how long are you waiting before resorting to that?
