Support for BMO Alto

When are you going to support (new) online bank BMO Alto for automatic download of transactions? This is a different (online) bank than BMO itself, and has different website/login.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question.

    In order for a financial institution to support downloads to Quicken and to be added to our bank list, the request to be added would need to be made and submitted by the financial institution to our service providers. If you want Quicken to be supported, you will need to contact your financial institution directly and tell them you'd like to download your accounts into Quicken.

    A call to the Customer Service phone line today (8/28/2023) at BMO Alto yielded a statement from the representative that this account type is not Quicken linkable for downloading transactions at present.

    Yes, I got same answer a few days ago. They also have no app, that is the 'price' you have to pay for the higher interest rate.
