the cash balance in a brokerage account in Dashboard is incorrect.

I used the Transactions Tab in Brokerage Account to make an adjustment in cash to match the bank records but this figure does not agree with Cash in Dashboard or Portfolio view. Can't figure out how to correct Cash to match bank records. Using Quicken v7.2.1 on iMac Ventura v13.4.1

    Who is the broker?

    If it is Schwab, you might want to read the following to see if this might be applicable to you: SWVXX (Value Advantage Money Market Fund) and SWGXX (Schwab Government Money Fund).

    Fidelity also does the same thing where they download the value of the Core Account (i.e., the MMF that is used like a sweep to hold cash in the investment account) as the Cash Balance instead of as a security.

    There are other financial institutions that do this as well.
