not able to reactivate Chase account

I had to get a new credit card through chase due to fraud. I deactivated my old account and tried to connect to my new account (all under the same userid/pw). I started the connection process in quicken, it took me over to chase and I logged on. The Chase window said "Your accounts have been authorized successfully! You will now be redirected back to Quicken. If you are not redirected in a few seconds, you can close this window and return to Quicken". I've tried waiting and also closing the window. Both times the quicken window says "Sign in to Chase bank failed. Try again" I've tried several times with no luck. Any ideas?

"Your accounts have been authorized successfully! You will now be
redirected back to Quicken. If you are not redirected in a few seconds,
you can close this window and return to Quicken".

Once you get this message in your browser, you can immediately switch back to Quicken. The browser tries to make the switch for you, but sometimes this fails. So, you have to do it manually … and you have to do it within the allotted 10 minutes time limit.

If you continue to have problems, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
