Again, when AMEX online connect changed to the "new" protocol, I schedule a 7AM auto update. The report comes back with AMEX transaction discovered; however, no transactions are posted to the account in Quicken. If I do a manual update of only AMEX, the identical number of transactions reported in the morning run are posted. What [Removed - Language] is happening? Every time an institution changes protocol, I get these problems.
