Etrade no longer uploading interest income transaction after Morgan conversion

After Morgan Stanley conversion on June 15 Etrade will no longer upload interest income transaction on securities because morgan changed the description sent with a interest income transaction. Etrade will not fix this telss me to call Quicken. I hope Quicken can help
