Error downloading from Alterna Bank

A week ago or so, my two account at Alterna Bank will no longer connect. I have attempted to disconnect and re-connect the dpownloads, as well as adding completely new accounts. No luck. Here is the error below. Note: this seemed to happen right after I installed the most recent Quicke update.

Of course, I do, in fact, have active accounts. I confirmed the login ID and password multiple times, can easily login via their website., etc.

This HAD been working without issue for a couple years now.

    Did the bank recently make any changes to their website?

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help with this Online Banking Issue. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it. This problem may have to be escalated to another support team for resolution.

    This was fixed with the 8/22/23 update.
