2FA giving no email option with Wells Fargo Bank

The 2FA rarely works correctly with Wells Fargo Bank. And I don't get a choice to receive the code by email. Somebody should be getting an error code and get it fixed.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Two factor authentication requirements are set by the financial institution rather than by Quicken. Have you checked your account on Wells Fargo's website to make sure you have everything set up properly there and have the email option set up? Another possible option is to connect your Quicken to Wells Fargo using Direct Connect. That way, you shouldn't have any two factor authentication challenges in Quicken once it's connected.
