American Century Investments

So aside from the numerous problems that I am having getting update status reports, I also am having an issue with American Century Investments (DC) that has been going on for over a week. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting and still get a red circle after the attempt to update transactions. Why?

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with American Express? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. When did you first notice this issue? After a recent update? If so, which update? Do you receive any error codes or messages? What exactly is occurring?
