Mobile app sync error with pnc bank using direct connect method

The mobile app returns an error "2 pnc accounts need attention" connectivity error.

The accounts are accessible using quicken software using direct connect method. But not through mobile app. I have reset cloud sync, Has anyone been able to connect to pnc bank using the mobile app with the pnc bank set up using direct connect (not using web express)

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. When did you first notice this issue? After a recent update? If so, which update? What is your connection method with PNC? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. Are you receiving these errors only in the mobile app or also on your desktop application?
