Unable to change my Quicken ID (E-mail address)
I am trying to change my Quicken ID on my online account. I am able to enter a new e-mail address and Quicken sends an e-mail with a 6-digit code that I need to input to verify the new e-mail address. However, every time I receive an error message saying that I need to input a valid code. I compare the code I receive with the code I input and they are the same each time I try (with each attempt the code I am sent is different).
Need help as my old e-mail address is going away.
