PC Financial Mastercard - Upload Issue

The QFX file uploaded from Mastercard has a positive online balance. I don't know how to upload the file and reflect the actual negative balance from my purchases

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Is this QFX being uploaded as a new account, or is it updating an existing account? If it's updating an existing account, does that account reconcile properly prior to the QFX import?

    What is the financial institution involved? This issue has occurred with select financial institutions.

    My understanding is that the issue is with PC Financial. This issue has been around for several years and I recall they (PC Financial) had said they were not fixing it. Might be worth a call/message to them to confirm.
