Bill and Income Reminders Issue

Having other issues as well. It can post a transaction that was memorized and downloaded, and saved into the registry but it won't show cleared in the Bill and Income reminders. Ugh. All the bill reminders are all messed up and had been working for months. Graphs are incorrect, etc. I'd reach out for help but I know what ALWAYS happens. Anyone else feel like this is not longer worth it? Especially considering I've been paying since about '95.

Do the Payee Names match exactly?
