Issues with adding Prudential account

I am trying to set-up my 401K plan administered by Prudential Retirement, now Empower. I go through the steps of adding a new account on Quicken (and with assist from cheat sheet Prudential / Empower provides for account #), but when I click on "connect," nothing happens. Spins for a couple seconds and then nothing. No error message or anything. Is this part of the larger issue with Prudential Retirement / Empower I see in the community chat or something else?

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. When did you first notice this issue? After a recent update? If so, which update? What is your connection method with Prudential? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List.
