American Funds Retirement Account No Longer Updating
As of about a month ago, my American Funds Retirement Planning connection has stopped updating - it accepts my login credentials and shows me the correct balance on the setup screen but when I click "finish" it does not update and shows no balance. I have tried resetting the connection multiple times and this connection is the only one that has worked in the past.

Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What is your connection method with American Funds? You can see the connection method by navigating to Settings > Downloads > Connection Type. Are you receiving any error messages? When did you first notice this issue? After a recent update? If so, which update?
