Nordstrom Visa Card not updating

In the past 2 or so weeks, I've not been able to download transactions for my Nordstrom Visa card. This had previously worked for many years. I tried to deactivate and reactivate the account and no change. I do not receive any error messages. However, the bank is not listed in the OneStep Update Summary.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue.  I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. When you initiate the One Step Update, does the financial institution show up? Is it selected? When was the last successful update? Have any new transactions posted to the account since then?
