Cannot set up for JCP (Sychrony) or Kohls
JC Penney store cards became Sychrony cards (URL: jcpenney.syf.com). There is no option on the menu to get a Synchrony URL that matches this value. I am a Quicken Premier Windows user (R51.12); this is very frustrating. I am also having problems with a Kohls card (URL: credit.kohls.com) - again, no option on the menu to get to this URL. Either update the lists available or provide the option to update the URL before trying to connect to the institution. The errors receive imply we are not entering the correct user name / password, which is not the issue.
