Comcast-Xfinity Online Biller problem.

Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭✭✭
My Comcast/Xfinity ebiller is out again. Quicken asks for name and password (actually lists password before login name which is odd). When I enter the credentials I get a popup message that Quicken encountered an error and try again. Tried repeatedly and on multiple days. All other billers working fine.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. When I check on the server side, it shows a degraded connection.
The issue has been reported to the proper channels, though we do not have an ETA for when the issue will be corrected.
