When entering a new Bill Pay Reminder and designating YEARLY, it shows up fine in the entry but in the full list of Bill Pays it is showing EVERY 2 YEARS.

Which version of Quicken were you using when the issue started? Is it affecting just one reminder or multiple reminders? Are these manual reminders or linked to an online biller?

To me this smells like a bug. There doesn't seem to be a way to explicitly set "Yearly, every 1 year" because there's no "Yearly, every [x] years" option.
