Auto update missed about two months of transactions, can I download those specific dates thru Q?

Question

I was out of town and didn't update Quicken for 3 months. When I finally updated through auto update, my Citizens Bank account (main checking) only updated from the end of July, leaving two months of transactions undownloaded (but Quicken THINKS it downloaded them). Can I override the auto function and download specific dates?

What makes you think that Quicken thinks it downloaded the full 3 months?  Have you tried closing and then reopening Quicken to see if the missing transactions appear?

There are 78 financial institutions with names that start with "Citizens Bank."  Many of them allow for the Web Connect method of downloading and you might see if your Citizens Bank allows that.  I believe that in some instances you can specify dates.
