How to upgrade from Deluxe to Premier - for access to Quick Pay and Check Pay?
I've tried several times to upgrade through my Quicken app on Windows and through the web site. I can see the "Upgrade" button but it won't accept a click. Seems they don't want more money!

Curious, why do you want to upgrade from Deluxe to Premier?

I found the number for customer support and a very helpful agent walked through it with no pain.
I want to upgrade so I can use Quick Pay and Check Pay from within the program. More convenient for me, and less expensive. Premier costs $24 a year more than Deluxe, and the bank's bill pay program (which then requires that I enter the payment there in addition to within Quicken) costs $5/mo = $60.
