How do I get the name of one of my Quicken accounts to update at app.quicken.com?

In my Quicken app the name of the account is Charles Schwab. This was previoulsy my Ameritrade account. At app.quicken.com it still says Ameritrade.

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. How long has this issue been occurring? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? Did you perform a cloud sync after updating your account in your desktop application before opening Quicken on the Web?
