I've had an ongoing issue for weeks with two open tickets related to an investment account issue, where the value of the account is being doubled. Securities are being counted as cash, as well as a security. The bank blames it on Quicken. Some Quicken staff say it is a Quicken issue. However, we haven't gotten anywhere closer to resolving it.
The bank suggested asking for a supervisor at Quicken, which I did yesterday. However, that call was infuriating. I really felt spoken down to, and I certainly didn't feel the person on the call was at all invested in helping me.
I'm hopeful that someone can connect me to a person who can help shepard me through to a resolution. HELP!
