How to clear error message saying downloaded transactions exist when there are none?
On Sep 1st TD Ameritrade accounts were migrated to Charles Schwab as part of their acquisition. I have a TD Ameritrade account in Quicken to manage my HSA investments.
I setup a Charles Schwab account in Quicken and the data migrated from TD Ameritrade was moved over without any issues. However, when I download my investments through the One Step Update I get an OL-332-A error on the TD Ameritrade account. (Refer to attached screenshot 1.)
The TD Ameritrade account is no longer available through the Internet as the URL redirects the user to logon to their Charles Schwab account. I suspect the account user id and password for the TD Ameritrade account have been disabled.
I want to deactivate the online service for the TD Ameritrade account in Quicken but when I try to do so I get an error message saying there are downloaded transactions that must be accepted. As you can see from screenshot 2, there are no downloaded transactions to accept.
Can someone help me to clear the flag indicating there are downloaded transactions so I can deactivate the online setup for my TD Ameritrade account? Any assistance is much appreciated. Thank you.

Hello @dlessmann,
Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I apologize that you are experiencing this issue.
I have located a Support Article that you may find to be of use regarding Quicken saying there are transactions to accept yet no transactions downloaded. You may follow this link to access that FAQ. Please keep in mind that it is recommended to save a backup before proceeding with troubleshooting steps (just in case).
I hope this helps!
