One Step Update Problems

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
For the last 5 days I can not update accounts. It gets hung up and will try to update for hours. I do have a Fidelity CC and see where there are problems with that account. As well as seem to have issues with the TD Ameritrade switch to Charles Schwab on several accounts. Any help would be appreciated.

If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help, one problem at a time. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
