Care Credit account updates
My account with Care Credit will not download. I can go into their website, so I know the sign on and passwords are correct.
Every time I try to update the account I get and message that says one or more of the accounts has been deleted with a tab to fix it.
I have done that spent an hour with the help desk, a deactivated the account multiple times, created a new backup file, deleted the account about 5 times and still get the same result. This broblem started about a month ago and I cannot find a way to get it fixed.

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community, though I apologize that you are experiencing this issue.
If you've deactivated or deleted an account and then restored a Quicken backup file, you'll receive a CC-800 error. You may follow this link to access a FAQ that provides more information and troubleshooting steps. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding (just in case).
