Exxon Mobil Error code CC-800

I just purchased a new laptop and had to re-download my Quicken program to the new laptop. I used a backup version of my data to populate the program. When I went to One step update everything updated except for my Exxon Mobil Credit card. I was getting error code CC-800. I followed the instructions on how to resolve this error and still get this error message. When I deactivate then reactived it still did solve the problem. The bank is ExxonMobil credit card and connection method is Express web connect.
