Beginning last month Spectrum began requiring a special code to accompany its login.

Spectrum is my internet provider. It will not allow Bill Manager to login without providing a special code (which I have). So, when QuickPay attempts to pay the bill, it cannot complete the login.

    The 2FA requirements do come directly from the financial institution and their servers, which Quicken does not have access to. We advise reaching out directly to Spectrum for further assistance. It is recommended to request to speak to a tier 2 agent or a supervisor as they are generally more familiar with third-party applications such as Quicken.
