Not connecting - Synchrony credit cards (Q Mac)

I'm trying to connect my credit cards but three of my cards are through Synchrony Bank. I don't access the card information through synchronybank.com as the Quicken App automatically brings up. My credit cards are: 1)accessed through my phone app 2)synchrony.com. When I try to connect using the user name and password for synchrony.com, it says I'm not using the correct information. Well, it's two different URL's of course. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    If your financial institution has changed its URL, then it will require them to submit a request to have it changed within Quicken.
