Lets you update some assumptions (SSA, RMD) but not others (bank balances, etc) even when you click EDIT. Also, there is no way to print this report.
I have Windows 10 and am at current release for both that and Quicken Premier.
You can't change bank balances because Quicken already knows what they are. I don't know what your "etc." means.
You can print the lifetime plan with CTRL-P as usual, but you don't get much output. Hint: with Lifetime Planner open, look in the File menu.

Unfortunately Lifetime Planner really lacks the ability to report on results, as you probably already know!
