Good suggestion.

Adding some color to this idea.....
While the File>Print Lifetime Planner feature tries to do some of this, it falls way short of a proper retirement plan report.
Some features of the online and printable report, I would like to see:- Cover Page
- Summary Page with Plan Graphic and Stoplight
- Plan Assumptions Page - All of them!
- Account Balances Page - All financial account balances and contributions
- Income Page - SS, Pensions et al, windfalls, et al table
- Expense Page - Living Expenses, Special Expenses et al table
- Account draw-down Page - Draw-down by account by year
- Composite Plan Data Table - Data from Plan Graph
- Asset Allocation Charts - Current and Target
- Investment Portfolio Performance Chart - Last 12 month
Currently, I assemble a similar report once a year and it has proved to be very useful to compare planner results YoY and provide a starting point for the next year. I also include budget results of the prior year and budget plan of the next year as well.
Alternatively, and perhaps a much larger task, is to modify the LTP main UI to incorporate the functionality of the "Home" tab. That is, to allow the user to insert pre-built "views" in the LTP tab (similar in concept to Home tab functionality).
The pre-built views to include # 2 - 10 described above. Make the LTP UI a user defined mix. From there, allow the user to create a printable report of the visible views.8 -
Great idea!1

I agree with this idea; should be urgently implemented!0

This should be basic functionality. So disappointed that I can not get to the detail of my plan.0

@luwillie Here are a few additional ideas posted that might help you get more (and better layout) of your plan results. Have a look and vote if they are of interest!

I agree this would be a great upgrade0

Several years ago, several Quicken versions ago, there existed a Lifetime Planner report. That report capability no longer exists. What will it take for Quicken developers to again offer that report?

The Lifetime Planner does have a printable report, but only for one year. To access, click on one of the bars in the chart and click on Print …
You can also print the bar chart and assumptions - the Plan Results view - by going to File > Print Lifetime Planner or hitting Ctrl-P
I will request that this Idea be merged with this existing one

The only recent past (and current) "report" capability for Lifetime Planner is File>Print Lifetime Planner. This menu selection appears only after you select LTP in the Planning>Lifetime Planner tab.
I've been using LTP since late 2014 and, other than the above, there has not been any sort of report capabilities other then exporting of specific plan years. Not exactly a report.
Can you describe the report?
