New transactions showing up as "reviewed" before they are

I usually enter debit card transactions on my iphone as they occur. Quicken on my Mac continues to download them to the register subsequently, but lately they started showing up with no icon in the "reviewed" column—i.e., as already reviewed. This isn't good, as I want to wait to see if a bank download, typically a day or two later, has been matched to my entry, but I only look for "not reviewed" transactions to verify the amounts.

This behavior is new and I want the old pencil icon for "not reviewed" back when, in fact, it hasn't been reviewed.
