Quicken HBR - how do I setup a rental property ? (edit)

I recently purchased the above and i am now trying to enter my rental property..

I set up the property in the accounts section as Rental property

I then went to the Rental Property tag but i cant see the property i entered…it wants me to enter a new property

How do i link the two?…Thanks

    Hello @RKAL,

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community. What kind of account did you set up for the property? If it is the account rental payments would go to, then you would need to set up the property on the Rental Property tab first (click here to see the Quicken Help article on how to add a rental property), then during the screens to add a tenant to the property, you will have an option to select the account the rental payments will go to (click here to see the Quicken Help article on adding a tenant).

    If the account is a home loan or an asset account to track the property value, you will have the chance to set that up when you add the property in the Rental Property tab.
