Can't Add Dilllard's CC to my accounts. FDP-105 (Q Mac)

I am trying to add a Dillard's CC to my accounts. I am receiving this error message after entering the log-in information.
Care Code: FDP-105
Would like some assistance, please.

An FDP-105 error occurs when the bank's website is unavailable to download transactions to Quicken. This could be due to a website outage, or the bank may be preventing Quicken from accessing their website due to high traffic.
Note: You may be able to log in to the bank's website successfully and still receive this error in Quicken. This is because the error is caused by an issue on the bank's servers that Quicken uses to download transactions.
