Webster Bank - Connection has been removed

Webster continues to inflict pain once again with their inability to have the proper oversight and accountability with changes they are making. Yes they have removed their connection and as we can see they no longer appear in the menu other than "Webster Bank Visa" which looks like their bank symbol however that is for credit card only. I'm sure there are reasons we all love a local bank but this is one area especially on the technical side where they are absolutely behind the times and need to re-vamp their entire process. They should be nimble and leading not trailing.

    I do not know why the Quicken engineers have been able to solve this.

    1. Remove the “Webster Bank” connection
    2. Using your same Webster credentials, connect your account to “Webster Bank SNB”
    3. Enjoy your connected account.

    Webster merged with or was acquired by Signature National Bank.

    Case closed. Thanks for nothing Quicken

    Quicken is a contracted business and service provider.
    Each financial institution sends Quicken all the required information to create these entries -
    Quicken doesn't just make them up.
    So - it is totally on the bank to inform Quicken of any changes - ADD ACCOUNT -
