Quicken asks me to renew my subscription even though I have a valid subscription

Whenever I try to access the "Mobile & Web" menu and click on "Go to Mobile and Web", quicken asks me to renew my subscription, even though I have a valid subscription till December of this year. Please suggest a solution to this problem. I am using quicken premier.
