i am getting this message i have let is run for over an hour still the same.

using windows pro 22H2

quicken latest version ver 27.1.52.20

    If you haven't already, I suggest you try manually downloading and installing the latest version release through the Manual Patch found in this support article and see if it will successfully install that way instead.

    Do you have configured Quicken to perform a Scheduled Update at night (IOW, a background One Step Update that runs unattended some time during the night. See Tools / Schedule Updates)?

    This task, Bagent.exe, runs separate from Quicken and may "hang up" if something goes wrong while downloading transactions from the banks.
    If this task is still running several hours after its scheduled time you may have to kill it using Task Manager. And you will have to research why it's hanging up, waiting for something to happen that will never happen.
