Berkshire Bank WC not working
Getting a message now that Berkshire Bank is updating its online banking platform, but the popup is incomplete. Berkshire is directing me back to Quicken. My accounts keep showing disconnected and then asking me to reconnect them. Not sure what to do now.

It is recommended to request to speak to a tier 2 agent or a supervisor as they are generally more familiar with third-party applications such as Quicken.
