E*Trade/Morgan Stanley Downloads

Even since Morgan Stanley took over I have not been able to do a download through Quicken. I can download each account manually from E*Trade, but not from Quicken. When I try I get a webpage opens up with the following message.
This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
<Errors xmlns="http://schema.intuit.com/platform/common/error/v1"><error><code>AuthenticationFailed</code><type>INPUT</type></error></Error
When I try setting up the download from Quicken, I get a "Sorry. We encountered an error. Not your fault" Message.
I have changed to the new account numbers and reset the accounts.
