Is Vantage West Credit Union in Arizona part of the recent issue with investment accounts? I have not been able to upload or download files for several days.

You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List. Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What exactly occurs when attempting to download transactions? Did this issue begin after a recent update?
