This alert has been around for weeks and was marked as resolved. Today, my balances in this account disappeared again so this is not successfully resolved. Please reopen the investigation into this issue.

PetNSpace is not the only one experiencing this. It was resolved only for a short time, then Quicken went back to downloading only some of the Fidelity Netbenefits 401(k) mutual funds again. Just like before. Whatever the fix was, it is not working anymore.
Worked on Oct. 2, now not downloading most funds in NetBenefits again. What a disaster.
Worked a few days, then stopped downloading NetBenefits again. The software is currently only good for some things like writing checks and reconciling bank accounts, not for managing total finances.
