Discover Card - all downloaded transactions have same payee (edit)
All the discover card download transactions that were issued in the town where I live show al El Fenix restaurant.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and telling us about this issue. I'm sorry to hear you're running into this problem. Based on what you are describing, a renaming rule may be the culprit. To check if the payee information is being changed after download, right click on the transaction and look for a Revert to option.
If the Revert to option is showing the correct payee, then you can click on that to change the payee information back to what it should be.
To keep the problem from persisting in the future, you will need to track down the Renaming Rule and change it. To do that, go to Tools>Renaming Rules, then look for a rule that shows the name of the restaurant everything is showing as.
Once you find the rule, you click on the rule to select it, then you can either click the - sign to delete it, or you can click the pencil icon to edit it.
