I've encountered same issue. Account didn't update, so I deactivated and now it won't reconnect. Get a CC-501 error, which says to contact Quicken Support if it continues to happen. It's been 6 days.

If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it. This problem may require escalation to higher levels of support for a solution.

Still an issue on 2 October…Quicken support is useless…This has been an ongoing problem for years…The best Quicken can do to fix this is change their brand name…Fed up with Quicken!!!

Same problem here. Deleted and tried to reset to no avail. I suspect it’s on NFCU’s side, but not sure there’s any help coming from there.
