Does Quicken for Mac support Express Web Connect Plus (EWC+)?

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community with this question.

EWC and EWC+ in Quicken for Mac shows as Quicken Connect. Wellby Financial does offer Quicken Connect (EWC).

Quicken Connect on our Mac does NOT work with Wellby Financial? See attached. We are NOT mistyping my login ID and PW. We have tried multiple times. Our login ID and PW WORKS just fine on the Wellby web site using any browser. We have been downloading QFX files from the Wellby web site to make up for this Quicken for Mac problem. Please work this problem with Quicken for Mac with Tier 2 or Tier 3 and then advise us with a solution?

We already contacted Quicken Support with numerous tickets thru Tier 2 and Tier 3 with no resolution. Thanks anyway.
