"fidelity rewards credit card" -- unable to connect or add account.

download worked fine until about mid September 2023 when I started getting error messages and was unable to update account.

deactivated account.

upon reactivation, quicken cannot connect to "fidelity rewards credit card" at login.fidelityrewards.com. this institution and URL is in quickens list of financial institutions.

error CC-502 (see below)

There is no problem logging into this site, login.fidelityrewards.com, via browser, and viewing account data/transactions.

workaround is updating data manually via download qfx. (ugh)

    I successfully connected and downloaded fidelity rewards credits card ( https://login.fidelityrewards.com/ ) into quicken using EWC. This after of week of not being able to connect due to cc-502. Thanks for the fix.
