I have been a Quicken user for years and had E*Trade accounts (Bank and Investing) downloading to Quicken without issues.
As the E*Trade and Morgan Stanley merger has taken place, I have noticed the downloads are no longer picking up the transaction changes. There is an ambiguous "An Error has ocurred" message for the Quicken E*Trade connector when I click update transactions.
How should we troubleshoot?
