How do I Reduce Requests For Password When Syncing
When I close Quicken it starts to sync to the cloud. It has started asking for the password to Quicken every time. How do I stop this? I think it started about the time I started getting emails about how you were changing Quicken.

Hello @JerryC58,
The following troubleshooting instructions will likely resolve this issue for you. If not, we can dig a little further.
If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password (this screen is not a pop-up box)
Keep in mind that the sign-in pop-up dialog may continuously keep popping back up throughout this process, in which case you will need to continue closing it each time it pops up until you reach the full sign-in screen.
Let us know how it goes!
