Etrade Banking CC-501 error
Just contacted my Platinum Relationship Manager on the issue of Quicken no longer downloading the checking or savings transactions in recent weeks. I have removed the account and added back in, disabled the e-connection and then added back to quicken, restart computer and ultimately all failed, other than creating a new account and it provides a connection the first time only and then only provides the balances, not any transactions. Spoke with Platinum Manager today and after his consultation with the technical team he shared the Quicken Etrade Banking feature will no longer be supported after the recent updates to the system for Morgan Stanley accounts managed (savings and checking) by Etrade. He shared the IRA and individual trading accounts are available, but the interface to the checking and savings accounts have been deactivated. He shared there are no known plans to reactivate this service. This hopefully can be escalated by Quicken to get this feature working again.
