Update CC

Question

I recently had to replace a credit card due to potential fraud.  Since updating my CC I can no longer download or update Quicken using online systems.  I have tried to go into the CC and download, says "only download to loaded software".  If try to download from Quicken gives error CC 502, server not available.  Have tried renaming account.  Using Quicken Classic Premier on windows
