Quicken not downloading transactions
HELP !! I am SO frustrated. Only my 3 Direct Connect accounts are downloading and behaving properly. None of my credit card accounts will download, American Express, Chase, Schwab, Wells, BofA,. It just goes through the motions, but no transactions download. I have deactivated and reactivated multiple times. I have logged on as a different use multiple times but generally lose transactions when I do that and it hangs up. I have my data from 2007 in this data file. Do I need to archive some data ?? I have also validated file multiple times. What can I do next ?? I have Quicken Classic Business & Personal, R 52.28, Build 27.1.5.2.28, Windows 10. Please advise…….

Let’s try a few troubleshooting steps for this issue—these steps should resolve things for you, but if not, please come back and post more about your experience so we can investigate.
First, backup your Quicken file.
- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
